Bio
Kerrigan received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University. She then went on to receive her law degree at the University of Richmond. While in law school, she served as the managing editor the University of Richmond Law Review. Following law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Frederick G. Rockwell, III in the Chesterfield County Circuit Court. In addition to practicing law, Kerrigan serves on the Junior Board for the Children’s Hospital of Richmond, is an active member of the Junior League of Richmond, serves on the Junior Board for World Pediatric Project, and is on the Board of the Women of St. Stephen’s Church.
In her free time, Kerrigan enjoys playing tennis, exploring new restaurants that have popped up on the Richmond food scene and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their golden retriever.
